Our story

Meet the founders
Co-founder & CEO
EJ is the co-founder and CEO of TruFlo Creative and leads its marketing strategy, specializing in brand strategy, content creation, social media and lead-generation systems for home-service businesses. He's passionate about marketing because it gives hardworking local owners the visibility they need to grow, compete and build something lasting. Outside of TruFlo, EJ coaches high school and AAU basketball and stays involved in youth and community work around Lincoln.
Co-founder & COO
Asher is the co-founder and COO of TruFlo Creative, specializing in operations, website design and development, brand identity and the lead-capture systems that turn a home-service business's online presence into booked jobs. He spent half a decade as a lead technician at a home-service company, so he knows firsthand what it takes to grow one. Outside of TruFlo, Asher loves good food, jazz and trying new things.
